Own your own piece of a Giant Sequoia Grove! This vacant lot is located in Sequoia Crest, which is in the Alder Creek Giant Sequoia grove. There was a cabin but it was lost in the Castle Fire. The property has both mountain views and views of Giant Sequoias, Firs, Dogwoods, and other native trees. There is a driveway leading down to where the cabin deck entrance was on the building area located about half way down the property. There are a number of living trees on the property, including baby and young Giant Sequoias. The large giant was lost in the fire and is still standing on what appears to be the edge of the property. The property runs from Redwood Dr to Alder Dr and there is a small access road just above Alder Dr along with a second small driveway leading up to the building area from there. The property has the original septic tank (buyer to confirm and determine viability) and power, water, and high-speed Internet are available at the street. It is close to the trail to the Stagg Tree -- the fifth largest tree in the world -- and other Save the Redwoods land with trails through the grove and to Poppy Lake (their small private pond).
