Property Description

This is a mature producing grove with 15+/- acres of Valencia's and 17+/- acres of Frost Newcellar Navels. Water source is two working Ag wells and one well with no pump. Ranch receives Ivanhoe Irrigation District water. Distribution of water is via a single drip line hose with fan jets throughout the grove. Property is located in the East Kaweah GSA and is subject to pumping limits. The pumping limits are a result of the 2014 Sustainable Ground Water Management Act.
